Before I answer that question, I would like to share with you the reason I decided, or shall I say, felt compelled to create a site like MLMBlackwoman.com. As a successful, professional and driven African American woman in network marketing, completely committed to reaching the top ranks of my company, Seriesse International, I oftentimes feel like I'm the only "ONE". Now, don't get me wrong, my upline and downline consists of some amazing and hardworking consultants.  As a matter of fact, I love that my upline leaders and my "successeline" (downline), as we call it in my company, represent a diverse group of people. We have everyone including stay at home mothers with multiple children, women and men that work fulltime jobs, even grandmothers that need extra income. The most important common denominators amongst the committed consultants on my team are simple, we all want to change our lives for the better, achieve financial freedom and help many others along the way.  What we have most in common is our willingness to work hard to make our dreams come true!!  I am blessed to work with and represent such a great network marketing company, and I am TRULY blessed to support and work with a team like mine!

Now...you may be wondering, with so much gratitude for my chosen company and my awesome team, why didn't I just create a blog site targeted at ALL women in network marketing? The answer is clear and it has everything to do with why I oftentimes feel like I'm the only "ONE" on the journey to the TOP of this industry.

I know there are other black women out there that are in love with this industry and are building strong within their companies...but, where are they?  Well, that's what this site is all about! I feel there is a tremendous need to unite women of color in network marketing under one "online roof".  The purpose is to share, support, educate and celebrate our journey and accomplishments in this industry. As a Presidential Founder and Director in my company, I have a leadership role and responsibility to train and support many men and women. My goal is to continue my commitment of providing support, advice and overall education to everyone, no matter what their ethnic background. However, through this site my hope is to help "diversify" what the top income earners and top levels of our companies look like! I want African American women to know that Direct Sales and Network Marketing are viable home based businesses that carry the opportunity for great personal and financial growth! The blog will celebrate and introduce black women in network marketing that are already SUCCEEDING in this industry! MLMBlackwoman.com will provide us with a forum to come together, learn, share, be encouraged, educated and inspired to greatness.
