Sherry Fields came into my life due to my commitment and determination to find and celebrate black women that have MADE IT BIG in the direct sales industry. I started with a "good 'ol" Google search that eventually led me to one of the top direct sales companies focused on women of color, Warm Spirit. It didn't take long for me to find Ms. Fields because she is "all over" the corporate site!! I was first introduced to this  "Direct Sales Dynamo" via a national news show video clip featuring Warm Spirit products (Girl, you gotta try their Honey Mango Lip Balm!!) and Sherry Field's phenomenal success in the company. After watching the video and reading Sherry's impressive accomplishments on their corporate page, it was clear to me that this sister was someone we ALL needed to know more about!!

Sherry is a 3 Diamond National Vice President and the #1 earning consultant with Warm Spirit. Sherry has been featured in Essence Magazine, Success South Florida Magazine and also the Atlanta Tribune. It's obvious, because of her great success as one of the top black women in network marketing/direct sales, everyone wants to know more about Sherry and her road to the top of our industry. Like so many, what I call, "six figure sistas", Sherry was laid-off from her high paying corporate job in the spring of 2001. After being unemployed for six months and at the end of her savings, Sherry realized she needed to do something...quick.

With a B.A. from Stanford University and a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Sherry's degrees didn't seem to make a difference in such a tough economy. Sherry was already a user of Warm Spirit products and loved them, so after giving herself a pedicure with one of her favorite products, Sherry decided to go into business with them! Sherry decided to become a Warm Spirit representative only to supplement her income while she continued to search for another corporate job. Well, she found one and realized in a short time that what she really wanted to do was build a big business with Warm Spirit! Although she was making six figures again in corporate America, she'd had a good taste of what true FREEDOM felt like, making her own money on her own time. Sherry officially resigned from corporate America six months after reentering and she hasn't looked back. A direct sales SUPERSTAR was born!!

Sherry insists that she wasn't an "overnight" phenomenon, she clarified in the Atlanta Tribune article," I started Warm Spirit with the sole intention of trying to supplement my income while looking for a stable job. I didn't instantly make five-figures per month, but in two years, that was my reality".
